It’s a case of quality over quantity over on Maryam Foroozanfar’s site, though, given the vast number of hours that must go into these incredible portraits you could make an argument for quantity as well.

She manages to combine or at least utilize elements of photo realism and earlier more painterly realist approaches. Quality is a subtle thing but these have it. I like your selections as well, out of the limited pieces on her site.
So well done. I’d love to see these in person. The colors are so bold and sharp while the details are so refined. Thanks for sharing.
